2. E-mail Eric Golanty. Tell Eric the name of the school or library and he will mail the book (or books). Indicate if you wish to have your name, the date, and an inspirational message of your choice inscribed on the inside front cover. You will receive via return e-mail a receipt for tax purposes. $4.95 per copy plus CA tax and shipping.
